This is the first completed Neighbourhood Plan in the district of North Norfolk.

 

Corpusty and Saxthorpe Parish Council has prepared the Neighbourhood Plan following extensive expert reporting and consultation over 5 years.

 

Policies in the Plan allow more housing (up to 50 houses) within the new settlement boundary, which will help to ensure the future of the school, pub and local businesses, while preserving the character, open spaces and beauty of the villages.

The two main authors, Imogen Waterson and Tony Barnett, both live in the Parish and are Parish Councillors.
